Mac N Cheese
Last week on Thursday we had a practical lesson in home ec. We made Mac N Cheese, it was kind of challenging because we all had to work together and complete all our individual jobs. we made a roux sauce which is a white sauce, we made it out of butter, flour and milk. We added onion, garlic and chopped bacon. Overall the Mac n Cheese ended up tasting good but we didn't work very well as a team and we had to rush to complete things.
